博多で開催された大相撲九州場所初日に、
当プロジェクトのお洋服を纏ったスタッフの女の子達が観戦に行きました♪
Our
staffs dressed in the clothes made through our project visited Kyushu sumo
tournament♪
当プロジェクトのアーティストの袴着氏が
「『国技／古典文化』が『ロリータ』という新文化に出会うとどういう反応を示すのかを見てみたい」
という思いから実現した小旅行です。
This little trip was realized by
Mr.Hakamaki, who is curious about
how a national sport/classical culture will
react when it faces “Lolita”, a new culture.
～電車の中～
「わーい、今日は大相撲だ！北九州のおりおから博多に行ってきます！！」
「お相撲楽しみ！たのしみ！ちーず！」
～on the train～
“Off to the sumo
match! Yeah! We are now heading to Hakata from Orio in Kitakyushu!!”
“So excited to watch
it! Say cheese!”
そのすぐ後。電車のなかで「ぐー、ぐー」
Right after that.”Zzzzzzzzz”
～会場前～
「曇り空の中、ちょうちんを頭に乗せて応援してきます！！」
～in front of the venue～
“We are cheering with a paper lantern on our heads in this cloudy day!!”
「福岡国際センターの前にとうちゃくー！」
“Now, we arrived at Fukuoka Convention
Center!”
アリーナの前でお仕事をしていたお姉さん達からも
声をかけていただきました。

time!” said Ryo, Sayaka, and Ayaka.

観戦後、３人は天神コアへ走って行きました！！
After that, they ran to Tenjin Core!!

【今回の感想】
袴着氏いわく、相撲／古典文化を愛する方々はとてもロリータの彼女達／新文化に興味があり、行くところ、行くところで写真撮影を頼まれ、彼女達の回りでは至る所で
「可愛い、可愛い、お人形さんみたい！」
という声を聞いたそうです。
会場内でも彼女達が入場すると「うわぁー」と歓声がわくほどだったとか。
そして隣の枠に座られた皆さんからは「一生に残る思い出です。」
と大感激されたとのこと。
【Impressions】
According to Mr.Hakamaki, those who like
sumo/classical culture are so interested in lolitafashion/new culture. There
were many people asking the girls to take pictures with them and saying
“Cute, cute like a doll!” .
Cheers arose when they entered the venue. The visitors next to them
said with a great joy “This is
going to be our everlasting memory.”
では次回の九州場所をお楽しみに！！！
